The afternoon will open with an exclusive yacht reception along the estate’s private dock. From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, invited guests will be welcomed aboard to share conversation, ideas, and perspective in an atmosphere of quiet elegance.

As evening falls, the gathering will move inside the residence for a Brokers’ Dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The dinner will offer a refined dining experience, alongside private insights into select off-market opportunities curated by The Estate Brokers.
